ISAM Board Election 2023

Dear ISAM Member,

According to ISAM Statutes, voting for the election of the new board for the period 2023 - 2025 must begin at least 3 months before the next General Assembly, to be held at the ISAM Congress in Saarbrücken this coming August.

The election will be conducted online by the ISAM Office, using the web tool SurveyMonkey™. To vote, please use the web link provided by email to you to access the electronic ballot.

Biosketches of all the candidates that have been nominated are presented in the ballot (in alphabetical order in the different categories).

Please vote for

• one candidate for President-Elect
• one candidate for General Secretary
• one candidate for Treasurer
• five candidates for regular board members.

Your vote will be invalid:

• if you vote for more candidates than allowed.
• if your membership has not been renewed for 2023.

Membership must be renewed by the end of the election period, June 29, 2023, at the latest, in order for your vote to be valid. If you have not yet renewed your ISAM membership, you can do so here: https://isam.org/page/JoinUs

You will need to enter your name on the ballot, so that your eligibility to vote can be checked. Your name will appear on a separate web page to the voting ballot. Only the Past President (Chantal Darquenne) will have access to this information, and will delete the names once voting eligibility has been confirmed, before counting the votes.

Select the name of the person you want to vote for by clicking the circle next to their name. Follow the same procedure for all the names you wish to vote for. If you wish to vote for a substitute instead of those listed, click the circle next to ‘Substitution’ and type the substitute’s name in the box provided.

Please complete your ballot before June 29, 2023. Vote as soon as possible so as not to miss the deadline. The votes will only be tallied after the deadline has passed.

The results of the election will be presented at the General Assembly August 29., 2023 during the ISAM conference in Saarbrücken, Germany. An agenda for the General Assembly will be sent to you shortly.
