ISAM Board Election - Reminder to cast your vote

Dear ISAM Member,

This is a reminder for you, as a member, to cast your vote in the ISAM board election.

As per the ISAM Statutes, voting for the election of the new board for the 2025–2027 term must begin three months before the next General Assembly, which will be held at the ISAM Congress in Washington DC this coming June.

ISAM Office has sent you an email with a link to the web tool SurveyMonkey™. To vote, please use the web link provided via email to access the electronic ballot.

Please contact the ISAM Office if you have NOT RECEIVED this email. We will then provide you with the voting link. Use this Link to contact ISAM Office.

Biosketches of all nominated candidates are included in the ballot, listed alphabetically within each category.

Voting Instructions

Please vote for:

• One candidate for President-Elect
• One candidate for General Secretary
• One candidate for Treasurer
• Five candidates for regular board members

Important Notes

Your vote will be invalid if:

• You select more candidates than allowed.
• Your ISAM membership has not been renewed for 2025.

To ensure your vote is valid, please renew your membership by the end of the election period, no later than  24, 2025. If you have not yet renewed, you can do so here: Join ISAM.

You will be required to enter your name on the ballot for eligibility verification. Your name will appear on a separate webpage from the voting ballot. Only the Past President (Barbara Rothen-Rutishauser) will have access to this information, and names will be deleted once eligibility has been confirmed, before vote counting begins.

To cast your vote, select the candidate’s name by clicking the circle next to it. Follow the same process for each position. If you prefer to vote for a substitute candidate instead of those listed, click the circle next to ‘Substitution’ and enter the substitute’s name in the provided box.

Please complete your ballot before April 24, 2025. We encourage you to vote as soon as possible to avoid missing the deadline. Votes will only be tallied after the deadline has passed.

The election results will be announced at the General Assembly on June 24, 2025, during the ISAM Congress in Washington DC, USA. An agenda for the General Assembly will be sent to you soon.
