Abstract Submission Guidelines

The abstract format is text only with a limitation for three references (numbered and formatted as follows: Authors (Year). Publication name Volume, Pages. DOI.). The maximum length of the abstract is 1500 characters, including spaces.

Abstracts of the International Society for Aerosols in Medicine Congresses are indexed within the Journal of Aerosol Medicine and Pulmonary Drug Delivery (JAMPDD). ISAM continually works with JAMPPD to make sure that all timelines are met so that the abstracts receive the increase visibility that publication in the journal provides.

The deadline for abstract submission is March 1, 2026. After March 1, 2026, the review committee and others supporting the congress will work diligently to review the submitted abstracts. Accepted abstracts will be presented as posters at the Congress in Taipei, contingent upon Congress registration. The review committee may give consideration for an flash talk presentation as well as a possible award. Authors will be informed regarding acceptance mid of April 2026.
