ISAM Congress 2023 in Saarbrücken, Germany

The International Society for Aerosols in Medicine (ISAM) is proud to announce that the 24th International Congress will be held in Saarbrücken, Germany, August 26-30, 2023. The Congress aspires to bring together over 400 attendees at one of the world’s largest pulmonary drug delivery and respiratory health conferences. The attendees will include clinicians, respiratory health care professionals, critical care professionals, aerosol scientists and engineers, formulations scientists, and product development and regulatory experts.

Congress at a glance

The scientific agenda provides sessions on: Medical Aerosols in pandemics, acute and critical care, the developing world, pulmonary disease, inhaled viruses and viral transmission, health risks from environmental aerosols, emerging aerosol technologies, best poster presentations and Hot Topics. Scientific poster viewing will occur in the exhibit area throughout the Congress. Postgraduate symposia preceding the conference includes sessions on: aerosol basics, product development, inhalation toxicology, regulatory planning, aerosol modeling and imaging, and aerosols in the acute and critical care setting. The objective of all aspects of the Congress is to foster scientific discussions around the current state-of-the-art for aerosols in medicine.
